The company named as Pooyandegan Danesh Negar (PDN - Knowledge Seekers) was established in year 1998 (1379 – solar calendar) in Iran. It is a private joint stock company. It has started its activities since year 2000.

The company was established with the effort of 12 university professors and researchers from various disciplines of human sciences.
